  • Fowler v. PEPCO, $1 million
    Transit electrician caught in electrical arc explosion of utility company’s unsecured high voltage compartment.
  • Maddox and Gomez cases, $6 million & $15 million
    Children scalded by unsafe water produced by water heaters with inadequate warning and temperature limiting devices.
  • Gomez v. Atlantic Realty, $1.2 million
    Lead Paint Poisoning caused brain injury when child was exposed to illegal lead paint levels in apartment complex.
  • Worker v. Health Care Facility, $1 million
    Worker fired from a health care facility because she testified that the facility committed medical malpractice.
