Koonz, McKenney, Johnson, DePaolis & Lightfoot devotes a large part of its practice to assisting construction workers in personal injury lawsuits stemming from worksite injuries and in workers’ compensation cases.   Our devotion to helping construction workers goes far beyond the courtroom.  For example, Koonz, McKenney, Johnson, DePaolis & Lightfoot routinely gives presentations to local unions on the do’s and don’t’s of workers’ compensation cases.  We also award scholarships to the children of union workers.  This year Koonz, McKenney, Johnson, DePaolis & Lightfoot will be awarding two $5000 scholarships.

Congress Passes Bill With Protections for Disabled
